If I purchase a DVD, can I download it while I wait for the disc to arrive?
Yes. Any DVDs that you purchase, you are welcome to download them Free of charge. Just send an email to support@learningguitarnow.com after your purchase and let me know you would like to download the lessons.
Where are Podcast 1-26?
Podcast 1-26 were recorded about 3-4 years ago and contain bad video quality, information about products that are no longer available, and some of the lessons I don’t feel like were my best quality. Some of them are not compatible with the ipod or iphone as well. The original video files were lost due to a hard drive failure so there can be no editing of the videos. For these reasons, I have decided to remove them forever. They are gone and will not be available.
I bought a download lesson and it’s not playing properly, what do I do?
The first thing to do is make sure you are using the Free Quicktime Player to play the videos. If you are using Windows Media Player then there might be issues with playback. If you don’t have it, you can download it for FREE here.
Where do the DVDs ship from and when will they ship?
After your order has been placed, your shipment will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. All DVD orders are shipped from Minnesota, not Georgia.
Can I call and place an order over the phone?

I ordered a DVD. Now I have to download the tabs. Can I print the tabs? If so, what will they look like?

I ordered a DVD and now I am being instructed to download something. Am I still getting a DVD in the mail?
Yes. The items you are downloading are the tabs and backing tracks associated with your purchase. YOU WILL get a DVD in the
mail in addition to the links you received to download.
What are zip files and how do I open them?
Zip files hold all the tabs, backing tracks, and videos when you download them. For information on how to open them, click here now.
What are the Guitar Lesson Downloads?
The video guitar lesson downloads are Quicktime .mov videos that are anywhere from 30 minutes – 1 hours long. You can watch the videos as many times as you like and you can also make a copy to your hard drive.
If you’re using Windows, I recommend using the Quicktime player for Optimal Viewing. If you don’t have it, you can download it for FREE here. If you’re using a Mac, I recommend using Quicktime for optimal viewing.
The Download Guitar Lessons are digital downloads and you will not be shipped anything by mail, unless you ordered a DVD. If you did order a DVD, the videos will be shipped to you. Again, if you order a Download, nothing will be shipped. If you ordered a DVD, a DVD will be shipped and you will receive links to download ONLY the tabs and backing tracks, NOT the video. For Download Guitar Lesson Purchases only – The video will come in a .zip file. You will receive a link to the file on your invoice and a link will also be sent to the e-mail address listed under the billing address you provide when you place your order.
Do I need a fast internet connection to download the video lessons?
To download these files you will need a high speed Internet connection because of the file size. These files range from 80mb to 1.5gb depending on the length of the video. If you have a internet connection of 1mbps or higher, you should be fine.
I ordered a DVD and can’t find the tabs!
The tabs, backing tracks, and any bonus videos can be downloaded from the receipt you receive in the email you provided at purchase. You have 7 days to download the material. If you still have a problem, please email support@learningguitarnow.com
I’ve lost my files, can I get them back?
Yes. Please contact us and they will be resent to you. Please provide your order number, and the links will be resent for you to download the material.
I can’t get the video lesson I’ve downloaded to play?
You will need the Quicktime video player if you are on Windows or Mac to view the videos that are downloaded. If you don’t have Quicktime, you can get the latest version of the FREE Quicktime player here.
You will also receive a .pdf file with the tablature for the lessons. You need Adobe Reader to view this. Download the free version of Adobe Reader here. For any questions regarding downloads please contact us.
How do I download files after purchase?

Do you ship Internationally? If so, how much is it?
Yes. The price can be determined in the shopping cart after you put your address in. You will see a shipping calculator at the bottom.
When will my DVD ship?
All orders are shipped within 1 Business day. You will receive confirmation after your order has been shipped.
I ordered a DVD, why am I receiving download links in my receipt?
All DVDs come with PDF tabs, and backing tracks that need to be downloaded. You will still be receiving a physical DVD in the mail. You may also receive
bonus videos to download with your purchase. This is not your DVD. The DVD will be shipped to you.
Are the tabs and backing tracks on the DVD I purchased?

Why won’t my DVD play in my computer?
Sometimes the DVDs won’t work in certain media players on your computer. Download this player and it should work. If it doesn’t please contact me and I’ll find a solution for you.
What format are your DVDs in?
All the DVDs are region free in NTSC format.
If I learn Open E Tuning Slide, can I play in other keys besides E?
Yes. You can play in any key just as normal standard tuning. It’s just a matter of learning
scales and patterns that are commonly used by slide guitarists who play in Open E Tuning.
